Assisted Daily Living
Our array of supportive services spans cleaning, gardening, ironing, dishwashing, dusting, laundry, meal preparation, bed making and more, at Shape Your Future Community Care we go beyond mere task completion, we're dedicated to motivating participants to independently achieve these activities, fostering skill development for enhanced self - sufficiency.
Community Access
Community access promotes inclusion by providing opportunities for social interaction, fostering a sense of belonging, and reducing the feelings of isolation.
Community access also enhances physical and mental wellbeing by encouraging engagement in physical activities, promoting independence, and boosting self - esteem.
